Pritty Vishy Addresses Misinformation On Cosmetic Surgery Procedures

Digital content creator and social media influencer Purity Vishenwa, widely known as Pritty Vishy, has addressed the ongoing misinformation surrounding Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL), tummy tucks, and Lipo360 procedures.

In a video shared on her official Instagram account on Sunday, November 30, 2025, Pritty Vishy also clarified how these cosmetic enhancements actually work.

According to Vishy, results from procedures like Lipo360 and tummy tucks can reverse if one does not maintain a proper diet or exercise routine.

“Am seeing how you guys mnafikiria na ninachoka sana jamani, let me educate you about BBL, tummy tuck, and lipo360, Lipo 360 and tummy tuck usipo maintain diet ama uanze kueenda gym inarudi back full,” she explained.

On the topic of BBL, Vishy emphasised that her own procedure was not a full BBL but involved adding a small amount of fat to enhance her curves.

She also dismissed claims circulating online that BBL can be removed, stating that it can only be removed if the procedure involves additional silicone and not fat transfer.

In addition, the content creator added that silicone can be used in BBL if the person undergoing the cosmetic surgery does not have enough fat to be transferred.

The influencer also responded to discussions suggesting that Kenya is just discovering BBL while Nigerians are reportedly removing it, describing these claims as misleading.

“Kama umefanya bbl for me, nilifanya bbl but it was not bbl bbl niliongezewa mafuta iinuwe my behinds kidogo. Kwa wenye wanasema wakenya ndio wanadiscover bbl when Nigerians are removing it, you cannot remove BBL unless ni silicon,” she added.

“Reason unaweza ekewa silicon nikama hauna mafuta, and you want bbl.“

Vishy further clarified that BBL results can fluctuate with changes in body weight.

“Here is the thing about bbl: if you start losing weight, you will lose the transferred fat, and when you start gaining weight, the transferred fat will also increase,” she said.
