After three year's of its release, the hitsong 'Sukari' by Tanzanian singer Zuchu has hit 100 million views on Youtube.

Zuchu took to social media to express her joy.

"A new history has been written today.100,000,000 million views of Sugar makes me the first artist from East Africa to achieve this success in a single song," she wrote

She described the song as a masterpiece "The song that changed my life in a big way and today it has written a big history in the East African music industry."

Adding "Three Years Ago we released a banger !! #SUKARI. Today i become the First Solo artist in East Africa to ever Reach this milestone 100+ viewers on Youtube .TO MY FAN MILLY THANK YOU SO MUCH THESE ARE ALL OUR ACHIEVEMENTS THAT WE MADE THIS PROJECT GREAT I APPRECIATE YOU."

She went on to thank the team she had worked with on the project including her lover and boss Diamond Platnumz.
