Naringa singer Zuchu appears to have certain concerns about her body that she believes would be solved if she underwent cosmetic surgery.

The singer in a video, pleaded with Diamond Platnumz to pay for an enhancement.

On her Snapchat account, Zuchu and Diamond are hanging out when she records herself asking him if she can up grade her chest.

She appears to tell him she is insecure

"Nataka kuenda kufanya surgery ya manyonyo. Nifanye yawe makubwa kidogo" she informs him after he enquires why.

He mumbles something and she demands to know "You still love me?"

He answers affirmatively and "So I should go? You will pay for the surgery?"

He answers "Yes. ". As if not sure she heard him, Zuchu continues "Okay, you will? " He again mumbles and she laughs hilariously.

"You gon pay for them titti**? I want new titt**. Si utanilipia? Nitatibiwa kwa hela zako. 

He responds "Good" while looking at his phone.

She again demands to know from her boss if he is certain he will fund the surgery.

then she expresses concern that he might find another woman to occupy his time while she is healing

He warns her about risks of cancer, which she dismisses telling him she will heal herself with his monery

"Utaniuguza ama utatafuta mpenzi mwingine wa kujishikiza?" 

The WCB CEO agreed with her request but warned her that he would not visit her in hospital.

Later Zuchu updates about that request, informing netizens that she was only joking about undergoing surgery.
