Zari Hassan landed in Uganda this past weekend, where she attended a concert to mark Jose Chameloens 25 years in music, dubbed the Legend in Gold concert.
He performed hit greatest hits, including classics like "Bageya," "Jamila," "Mama Rhoda," and "Wale Wale," along with newer popular tracks such as "Kigwa Lero" and "Forever."
Jose Chameleone, born on April 30, 1979, is a celebrated AfroBeat artist who performs in Luganda, English, and Swahili. He launched his music career in 1998 with the Kenyan label Ogopa Deejays, releasing his debut single “Bageya” featuring Redsan.
She was in the company of her famous friends as they enjoyed Chameleone's moment onstage on Aug 31.
Later, a video emerged showing her and Shakib Cham dancing the night away. They were dancing holding hands across a table. Moving their bodies, the couple whispered and laughed as cameras recorded their every move.
She wore a white outfit and he was in a black shirt and blue jeans. It appeared to be an after party as bottles of champagne were displayed on the table where their guests cheered each other.
The two appeared in love more than ever.
This follows weeks of heated exchange online about their marriage.
Their beef began in early Aug when Shakib told Zari he was unhappy that Diamond Platnumz has visited her house and she didn't inform him.
Shakib felt disrespected as Zari later lashed out in a video, blasting him.
This then led to more of their dirty laundry being aired. Zari and Shakib live separately, as the businesswoman resides in South Africa, while the young man lives in Uganda.
