Actress Trisha Khalid has announced her engagement in a glamorous proposal video shared on her YouTube channel.

In a captivating video, which could easily be another form of content creation or clout-chasing as it has been in the Kenyan entertainment industry, her friends expressed their joy as she got engaged to partner Kevin Woods.

In the video, which could also be created just for content, Wood is seen dressed in a cardigan and black jeans, while Trisha is dressed in a floral dress. Woods goes down on his knees before opening a glowing ring, with emotionally overwhelmed Trisha accepting the proposal amid cheers from friends and family.

This comes just a few days after actress Trisha Khalid was overcome with emotion after her boyfriend, Kevin Woods, treated her to an extravagant gift haul to mark the festive season.

The actress shared a video on TikTok on Saturday, December 27, 2025, showing the thoughtful surprise, which had been carefully arranged in their bedroom.

The space was decorated with balloons fixed to the ceiling, setting a celebratory mood before she was presented with a briefcase filled with gifts.

Inside the briefcase was an impressive collection that included high heels, stylish clothing, jewellery, luxury perfumes and several designer outfits.

As she unveiled each item, Khalid was visibly excited, repeatedly jumping on the bed and celebrating loudly as she took in the generosity of the gesture.

Her excitement intensified when she discovered an iPhone 17 tucked among the gifts, a moment that prompted even more celebration as she continued to express admiration and appreciation for her husband’s effort.
