TikToker Roseline Otieno aka Pilot Nyako has once again responded to those mocking her appearance, claiming that she looks old and aged.

In a recent video on TikTok, Nyako explained the reason behind her aged appearance, stating that she is still young, but the heart disease she’s dealing with makes her look older than her actual age.

“I’m not old; I have a heart condition that makes me look older than my age. I’m not old,” she stressed.

The TikToker, who resides in Germany, also reflected on how short life has become, expressing her shock at the passing of actress Nyaboke’s daughter.

“Life these days is short; look at Marrie, she died at 19. Who wants their children to die so young? Who? You people, if you are still alive, be thankful—it’s a blessing, and living is also a matter of luck. These days, if you reach 40, thank God,” Nyako advised.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time the famous content creator has spoken about her heart condition.

Three months ago, in a video on her TikTok, Nyako predicted her own death, saying she doesn’t believe she will live more than the next three years.

“If I’m not dead within the next three years, I’ll be a living miracle. But in the end, all of us will die at some point, whether sick or not, death will come to everyone. What I ask is to be careful about how you treat people; don’t hurt others,” the mom of 3 advised, her voice heavy with sadness.
