Thicky Sandra, also known as Sandra Mbuvi, has left Kenya for the UK to pursue her studies. The beautiful daughter of former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko was seen off by her parents, who shared emotional moments with her.

"I'll miss them," she said while hugging a team accompanying the politician.

She captioned her Instagram stories with, "This isn’t goodbye; it’s simply see you later." In heartfelt selfies with her father, she added, "Always my hardest goodbye. Love you, Papa."

The former politician looked at her with pride, letting her enjoy this special moment. The two share a close bond and often speak about cherishing their time together.

In the airport bathroom, Sandra showcased her grey sweatsuit and cute bonnet covering her wig. As a fashion model for various brands, including hair and clothing lines, she is known for her stylish looks. "I'm gonna miss Kenya so much, mwaah! I love you guys!" she shared.

"Wagwans, my loves! I'm about to take off. My bonnet is on because I’m not about to go for an 8-hour flight," she added.

Sandra joined Brighton University in 2023, though not much is known about her specific course of study.

During her send-off, her father expressed sadness in a heartfelt message, assuring her of his unwavering love and support for her decision to study abroad.

"Dear daughter, I want you to know how proud I am of your adventurous spirit. Watching you spread your wings and embark on this exciting journey fills me with happiness for all the opportunities and experiences that await you," he wrote.
