Tanzanian singer Mbosso has in the past revealed to fans that he was born with heart complications. Recently, it was reported that he had been admitted to hospital for the same reason.

The Hodari hitmaker has already been discharged and has thanked his country's government for organizing treatment for him to fully recover from the ailment.

He also thanked his fans for prayers. 

"On the 28th of December 2024 I got the opportunity to participate in the heart health testing exercise that took place at Jakaya Kikwete Heart Institute (JKCI) Kawe in Dar Es Salaam City. This exercise was organized by Hon'ble President Basata in collaboration with JKCI Institute and @tanzania_film_board and @samia_suluhu_hassan aimed at educating the community about the importance of monitoring heart healtMbosso added that this led to his stay in hospital, where he had peace and comfort, writing in Kiswahili, he is happy post-surgery

I got a chance to be treated by doctors who are champions of heart issues from Egypt (Egypt 🇪🇬) together with doctors from home here in Tanzania within one hour and everything was completed.

He added that he is definitely feeling the love as he recuperates
