Mugithi singer Samidoh has parted ways with his manager Moses Marite.

Marite and Samidoh went to the same school before going their separate ways and reconnecting years later.

Taking to his socials, the 'Dire Mutwe Mwega' hitmaker warned people against sealing any deals with his now ex-manager.

It is not clear what caused the rift between the two men many considered brothers.

In a past interview with Jeff Kuria, Marite revealed he initially worked for the county government before Samidoh hired him.

He is an Engineer by profession.

Speaking during the interview with Jeff Kuria, he shared;

"He was planning a homecoming event. At the time I was working for the county government. I asked him to come with artistes, money and a stage. I would take care of all the logistics. I asked him to let me be managing his socials."

Moses said that at some point Samidoh noticed how serious he was so he gave him the role of a manager.

"At the time I had access to a good camera so I would take his photos and his videos. At some point, he confirmed me as his manager."

What does being Samidoh's manager entail?

"I ensure that his calendar is in order. I make sure that he gets paid what he deserves, and I negotiate for his payment. I help run his socials and help him come up with new ideas."
