Rashid Abdalla: Biggest Mistake People Make in Relationships

TV personality Rashid Abdalla has shared insight into where Kenyans go wrong when it comes to relationships.
In an undated video, Rashid also shared some of the things he likes most about his wife Lulu.
"Lulu is a good girl, she is also my teacher, she has been teaching me how to change.
I was very naughty, but when you get a woman who changes you through her conduct and behavior you cannot part ways.

There is nothing as good as looking at the weaknesses of your partner.

The mistake most people make is to look only at the good things about their partner."

In a past interview, Lulu had shared how the two met.

At the time Lulu was going through a tough time after losing her mother.

Lulu believes that fate played a crucial role in bringing them together at a time when she least expected it.

Lulu was not actively searching for love when she met Rashid.

She was grieving the loss of her beloved mother and had been compelled to return to a job she had recently left. Looking back, she realized that everything fell into place perfectly, leading her to the love of her life.

"Rashid came into my life when I was going through a hard time. I had just lost my mother," she shared, reminiscing about the difficult period that led to their first encounter.

Before her mother passed away, Lulu had been working in Nairobi but had left her job at Radio Salaam. However, circumstances forced her to return to the same position.

Coincidentally, Rashid had just joined the company, marking the beginning of their story together.

"I had just come to Nairobi to look for a job; I was a receptionist in Kilimani. I had quit my job as a presenter at Radio Salaam, and Rashid got a job there. I went back to Radio Salaam after my mum's death," Lulu candidly revealed.

Their relationship did not start as a whirlwind romance but rather as a deep friendship that gradually blossomed into love.

Lulu described how Rashid provided emotional support during her grief, becoming a pillar of strength when she needed it the most.

"He came as a friend first. You know when you are mourning, you need a shoulder to lean on, and that is how I saw Rashid. He was like a father figure that I did not have in my family. Slowly, things moved," she explained.

Today, the couple shares a beautiful life together with their three children, cherishing every moment of their 15-year journey.
