Musician Vivian defends YY Comedian from netizens after introducing his new girlfriend weeks after breaking up with his former partner Marya

Budding musician, author, and mental health activist Vivianne is calling out netizens for being quick to tear down notable media personalities as soon as their relationships come to an end, and they seemingly move one "faster" than expected.

This is after former Churchill show comedian YY went viral for introducing his new girlfriend barely months after he and his baby mama Marya parted ways. The media's hard launch came as a surprise to most.

Reacting to the news and ongoing online banter, Vivianne spoke highly of YY noting as someone who personally knew the seasoned creative script writer, she could vouch he was a decent man thus his seeking happiness should not be used against him.

Posting on her Instagram stories the mother of one in part wrote, "I've always been bothered by the callousness by which the end of relationships is carried hapa kwetu Kenya on socials,"

She went on to highlight that a partner moving on first does not necessarily mean they were at fault or were not invested in their past lover and relationship.

The singer argued that if people wanted to talk, they should then focus on the good moments, such as how beautifully the couple loved and how unproblematic they both were.

"I have interacted with YY comedian personally and of course he's decent," Vivianne wrote as she went on to wish the former lovers luck in whatever path they decided to tread. "Anyway, I wish both he and Marya Okoth the best of luck in all their pursuits. Their relationship seemed genuine, and compassion should rule conversations not how swiftly one moves on,"

Finishing up she shared she had a feeling she might be dragged for her remarks due to her own failed relationship which cumulated in a nasty online spat, but she was unbothered as she had said her piece. "Anyway, for those who'll want to attack my past, don't bother; I'm on a whole new dimension," the last of her post read.
