Mammito re-emerged six days ago, sharing a photo of herself seated behind a table, working. She had been away from social media for the past three weeks, with her last video posted on March 7, showing her heavily pregnant.
This absence sparked curiosity among fans, prompting many to urge her to share an update.
The last time netizens saw a full photo of the comedian was during her baby showers, which were organized by friends.
Now, on March 25, she has returned with a video promoting a phone, cleverly suggesting that her "water has broken" on the device.
Dressed in a dera, Mammito playfully gyrates in the video, and fans quickly notice that her baby bump is gone.

"Mlisema maji ikibreak nafaa kudo? Anyway, OPPO RENO 13 has my backš @oppokenya," she captioned the post, dramatically acting as if she were in labour.
Fans flooded the comments, congratulating her on the unconventional way she seemingly broke the news.
During pregnancy, a baby is surrounded by the amniotic sac, which is filled with fluid to cushion and protect it. When "water breaks" (rupture of membranes), it means the sac has broken, releasing amniotic fluid—a sign that labor is imminent. If it happens before labor begins, it’s called premature rupture of membranes (PROM).
Many of Mammito’s fans are now urging her to officially confirm the news, with some reminiscing about following her pregnancy journey.
susvalerie wrote, "Inafaa hata unatuonyesha umesimamisha stroller hapo kandoš we have been on this journey togetherš."
jacintambone added, "Uyu mtoto tumelea kwa tumbo wote, siku ya kuzaliwa mbona utufiche? Am not happyš."
This wouldn't be the first time Mammito has shared major news in an unexpected way. She initially revealed her pregnancy in October 2024, after first announcing her celibacy journey.
In a humorous social media post, she joked that her excitement during the historic youth protests that stormed Parliament in June might have played a role in her pregnancy.
"Protest Baby… After entering Parliament, I think I celebrated a bit too much!" she captioned a video showing off her baby bump.
In December 2024, Mammito opened up about her pregnancy, revealing that it was planned. However, she chose not to disclose details about her baby’s father, only mentioning in an interview with TV47's Betty Kyallo that they have a great private relationship.
"He’s not in the entertainment industry, and that’s something I’m really grateful for," she said, emphasizing her desire to keep their relationship away from public scrutiny.

"I fought for you, I prayed for you, I yearned for you. And now, holding you in my arms, I realize that all the sacrifices, all the struggles, were worth every single moment. Welcome to the world, our precious princess šøš," Dorea wrote.
Meanwhile, actress Dorea Chege and DJ Dibul announced the birth of their daughter yesterday on March 24.
