Multi-talented Kenyan girl band Malkeeya is a dynamic group of women in music dedicated to empowering, educating, mentoring, and uplifting the girl-child.

Established as Kenya's leading all-female music ensemble, Malkeeya comprises five exceptionally talented and passionate women: Sasha, Linda, Sheena, and Beverly.

Since their formation in 2021, Malkeeya has been actively performing and recording music that showcases their versatile skills, spanning from classical and opera to live band performances and karaoke.

Their music reflects their personal experiences, challenges, and aspirations as women in Kenya and Africa, aiming to inspire individuals to pursue their dreams regardless of their background or social status.

Malkeeya is committed to nurturing the next generation of female musicians both locally and internationally.

In 2021, Malkeeya represented Kenya in South Africa for Old Mutual Amazing Voices season two, placing fifth across the continent.

They have collaborated with renowned music influencers such as Filah, Ian Mbugua, Andrew Tumbo, and Calif Records, among others.
