Digital Content creator Kennedy Matiko Rioba popularly known as Babushka has revealed that he has raised funds to construct a bridge in Garage, Kasarani, Nairobi County.

Through his Insta Stories, the content creator shared updates on the progress of the bridge construction, showing the transformation from a perilous crossing point with car tires.

In the one-minute video, workers are captured engaged in the construction process and Babushka himself is seen actively participating in the construction work.

"Tupo site. Hopefully, we going to have a bridge here. Thank you all who have made it happen," Babushka candidly captioned the video.

Babushka merely two days before had taken to social media to rally support for the bridge construction noting the hazardous conditions faced by both himself and local children who traverse the area regularly.

"This is the place I pass daily to go and play football in the field thou risky!?? how abt children who pass here and go to school?. Kenyans kindly let’s unite and build here a bridge ata kama ni ya mbao!
