The Gala for the 2024 BET Hip-Hop Awards went down last night, October 15, 2024, and industry heavyweights were out to battle for the prestigious awards.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar emerged as the biggest winner of the night taking home 8 awards. Lamar’s biggest wins were Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Music Video of the Year among others.

Rapper Nicki Minaj also won a coveted award – taking home Album of the Year for ‘Pink Friday 2”.

Others who also won big at the awards ceremony were Sexxy Red who was crowned as the Breakthrough Artist of the Year while UK’s Ghetts won the Award for the Best International Flow.

Rapper Fat Joe hosted the coveted Awards for the third consecutive year
