Award-winning actress Catherine Kamau, alias, Kate actress has recently addressed claims that she moved on very fast after breaking up with her ex-husband Philip Karanja aka Phil director.

Catherine recently shared photos of her and her alleged new bae Michael Mwangi on vacation in Dubai which got netizens confronting her. 

However, Kate dismissed the claims that she moved on fast after breaking up with Philit CEO, Phil, revealing that she had been dating Michael Mwangi for a while now only that those in her inner circle knew about it. 

"Yaani watu humove on haraka hivi ????" a netizen wondered following the post. 

"No boo we're just not in the group chat... bye" Kate responded.

Responding to another concerned netizen Catherine Kamau noted that she wasn't even looking for a boyfriend when she broke up with her ex-husband, adding that her current sweetheart just found her. 

"Mnatoa wapi boyfriends haraka hivi?" Lady Mathai asked Kate Actress. 

"We're not looking they find us." Kate actress replied.

The actress and her alleged new lover had been making public appearances together for a while now before she ultimately posted him on her Instagram account on February 11 2024. 

Kate and her ex-husband parted ways in 2023 after five years of marriage. the two jointly announced the end of their marriage in a statement issued on September 19, 2023.
