Kate Actress is a jolly woman following her son successfully completing his high school studies.

Taking to her Instagram page the mother of two shared an adorable picture of her warmly embracing her her teen son as they celebrated the achievement. She also shared a throwback photo of the two of them from a few years back when her boy was still a young lad.

Captioning the posts the multi-award-winning actress and social media influencer, born Catherine Kamau, gave glory to God as well as thanked her inner circle for the roles they have all played in her life's journey. She also took the time to extend a heartfelt message of gratitude to her ex-husband, prolific film director and scriptwriter Phil Karanja for all his help.

"Dear God, thank you," started off the veteran actress.

She went on to add, "Not once did we call upon your name yet over and over you have showed up for my child. We have come back to say Thank You God,"

Addressing her close circle and everyone who has been involved in her son's educational journey the brand influencer wrote, "To my family, my dear friends, Baba Njeri @Phil_Karanja (clasped praying hands emoji) His teachers, asanteni sana (thank you very much) God bless you all," 

Finishing off with a toast to her teen son which read, "Hey Lee, we did it, baby,"

On her Instagram stories, she shared a heart-tugging image of her son warmly hugging her with his head resting on her shoulders. The globetrotting influencer shared how beautiful it was that her kids found joy in having her as a mother, terming the relationship she has cultivated with them as the biggest achievement of her life.

"One of my biggest achievements in this life is that my children are proud of me. Everything else is vanity to me," the mother of two wrote accompanied by a proud teary-eyed puppy dog eyes emoticon.
