Judy Nyawira, the wife of film director Abel Mutua, has openly discussed her approach to birth control with her fans.

In a Q&A session, Judy revealed that she does not use any form of birth control. She laughed and said, "I do not use any," bursting into giggles.

"Anyway, let me stop laughing. I am not on any family planning method."

Feeling compelled to explain further, Bi Mkurugenzi added, "That one, we were told, cannot be classified as a family planning method. We have become very good at, you know... withdrawing, like how you withdraw money from M-Pesa," she laughed again and continued to share more details.

"I tried using an implant, which I didn't like for three years. It didn't work for me; I was bleeding for three-quarters of the month, which is not a good thing."

She also tried a second method: "At some point, I also tried the coil. I had a lot of discomfort, so we removed it. So, ladies and gentlemen, we are sticking with the withdrawal method."

"You go to M-Pesa and tell them you want to do what? To withdraw!"
