Huddah Monroe Reveals She Prophesied Ruto's Presidency

Businesswoman Huddah Monroe has shared a throwback photo of herself with President William Ruto and stated that she predicted he would one day become president.

 

In the post shared on Instagram, Wednesday, December 17, 2025, she reflected on the moment the photo was taken and what she told people around her at the time. According to Huddah, many did not take Ruto seriously then, but she believed in his future.

 

“And with RUTO. He was a nobody here, but I told my friend whose father was the president then that Ruto would one day be president,” she said.

 

Huddah explained that her words were not received well by those around her. She shared that people questioned why she was even taking photos with him.

 

Huddah recalled the reaction from her friend, saying, “My friend was like ‘why are you taking photos with him? ‘” She added that, “They really looked down on the fella then, na bcoz Mimi ni supporter wa hustlers.”

Her statement shows that she felt Ruto was underestimated during that period.

 

She went on to explain that her prediction was intentional.

 

“Exact words I said, ‘This guy will be President one day, ’ just to piss off my friend and his dad, who was President then,” Huddah stated. Her comments suggest she was confident in her belief, even when those around her disagreed.
