Gengetone rapper-turned-Mugithi singer Peter Mwangi aka Miracle Baby suffered ruptured intestines - the musician's partner Carol Katrue revealed.

Carol Katrue on Thursday, January 18, 2024, shared a photo of her baby daddy lying on a hospital bed with an oxygen mask on his face.

However, Katrue didn't delve into the nitty-gritty of Miracle Baby's condition, only announcing that her baby daddy had undergone a successful surgery.

The mother of one additionally asked her fans for prayers.

“Thank God for the successful surgery but continue praying for him,” Carol Katrue wrote on InstaStories.

Carol Katrue opened up about Miracle Baby's condition in a message shared by Nairobi Gossip Club.

In the message, Katrue disclosed that her baby daddy went under the knife after suffering ruptured intestines.

She added that the musician would be going to the toilet through a pipe for a period of six weeks as part of his intestines has been left out of his body.

The mother of one noted that Miracle Baby will later undergo another surgery to get the remaining intestines back into his body.

"Hae guys the surgery was success but the intestines had burst and they have managed to wash but he will be going to the toilet through a pipe and they have left some intestines outside for 6 weeks and when he recovers he will go back to the theatre so that the intestines can be returned inside," Carol Katrue wrote
