Boss of Konde Music Worldwide, Harmonize, has for the first time spoken about his past relationship with Kajala, which ended—this time focusing on the positive aspects that came from it.

Speaking to the Simulizi na Sauti blog, Harmonize stated that he still holds great respect for Kajala Masanja to the point that he plans to give her another gift, which he described as something that will leave an everlasting memory throughout her life.

When pressed further on whether this gift would be an attempt to win her back for a third time—as he did in 2022 with a Range Rover—Harmonize clarified that it would simply be a gift, regardless of whether she is married or not.

"I have immense respect for Kajala, and by God's grace, I will do something special for her that will leave a lifelong memory. It doesn’t matter if she’s married or not—she will understand when the time comes," Harmonize said with a wide smile.

When asked why he has softened his stance toward Kajala—contrary to how he criticized her in his song Dear Ex—Harmonize explained that he has learned to respect her, considering she is older than him.

"I always speak about Kajala with respect because she is older than me. But beyond that, looking back at our relationship, there are many things I put her through that caused her pain. As a human being, I can’t fully make up for that, but even though we’re no longer together, she still deserves respect—and that’s what I’m giving her," Harmonize stated.

The two share a long, tumultuous romantic history dating back to early 2021 when they briefly dated before breaking up due to drama involving Kajala’s daughter, Paula.

However, a year later in June 2022, Harmonize made a grand gesture to win Kajala back, bringing her to his Konde Village mansion after gifting her a Range Rover and organizing a lavish engagement ceremony at Milimani City.

The rekindled romance lasted only six months, failing to see the light of 2023 as they quietly parted ways. The details of their breakup remained secret for months, with both subtly hinting at it on social media.
