In one of her TikTok videos, Majimbo said her American friend was surprised that there are activities in Africa.

Elsa Majimbo has thrown shade at some American people whom she has found to be ignorant in matters concerning the continent of Africa.

In one of her TikTok videos, Majimbo said her American friend was surprised that there are activities in Africa.

"Something that will always surprise me about a lot of Americans is how ignorant they are about Africa. I went on a date with this guy and I asked him where he's been to Africa."

Majimbo said the guy laughed and asked, "What is there to do in Africa?' I told him there was a lot to do in Africa. I love Africa more than anything, there's great people."

The man went on to ask Majimbo whether there are skyscrapers like in New York, "I told him they are, educate yourself. I just couldn't believe it."

Majimbo went on to give another example of a friend she had met that did not know there was a difference between South Africa and Kenya.

"Education in America is free, educate yourself please." 

Majimbo has been sharing short stories of her real life experience on her TikTok page. A month ago, she explained how her mathematics teacher tried to take her on a date soon after she finished high school.

"Immediately I finished high school, my Maths teacher asked me out, mind you I finished high school at 17. He sent me this long message saying how beautiful he thought I was and he thought we had a connection and we should link up and start properly dating," she said on a TikTok video

"I that time I didn't know the heaviness of the situation so I just let it go."

She added that her art teacher in school would tell their class about his sexual exploits. "It was so easy for them to get away with things like that or for us to dismiss it cause they were also really young."
