Kenyan actress Dorea Chege has finally responded to the latest online rumours suggesting she’s been roughing up her partner, DJ Dibul.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, she posted a lighthearted message about looking for a taekwondo trainer, subtly poking fun at the circulating claims.

“I’m looking for a taekwondo trainer? Any recommendations?” Dorea wrote playfully.

Fans quickly noticed the post, with one commenting provocatively about her supposed actions. Dorea, however, responded with a cheeky and humorous remark, dismissing the allegations altogether and making it clear that the rumours were baseless.

“Ndo upige dibul?”

“Anapigwa kwani amefungwa mikono,” the actress fired back, dismissing the claim.

DJ Dibul also addressed the allegations on his Instagram Stories the same day, saying he was surprised to find himself trending over claims he insists are untrue.

“Nowadays, you get on social media and find that you are the trending topic. Have you ever found yourself trending and you are clueless about it? Anyway, Padre is okay,” he wrote.

Later in the day, Dorea posted a glamorous photo on Instagram with the caption,

“Lies cannot blur my shine, I’m too bright.” When a fan questioned why she assaulted Dibul, she firmly replied, “Where did he say he was beaten up?”

The couple has trended several times this year over infidelity accusations involving DJ Dibul, claims that Dorea has repeatedly defended him against.

This began when a woman messaged Dorea, accusing Dibul of cheating during his night gigs and sending her money. Dorea asked for evidence, but the woman was unable to provide any proof. This pushed the actress to involve famous blogger Edgar Obare.

Obare also asked the woman to submit evidence, but although she insisted on wrongdoing, she still failed to provide screenshots or any solid details.

Dorea later revealed that she and Dibul had involved the authorities, requesting the woman to present herself at a police station. She declined, claiming she feared for her safety.

In voice notes shared online, Dorea sounded frustrated by the ongoing allegations and said her partner had also been angered by the ordeal.

“I don’t think anyone in this world will ever come between us,” Dorea said.

Adding;

“It’s us against the world forever, until the wheels fall off.”

Dibul echoed her confidence, adding, “It doesn’t matter who you are. We’re here to build our family and future.”
