Celebrity DJ, entrepreneur, and brand influencer Pierra Makena maintains she'll continue heartily nurturing her daughter's talents and allow her to maintain a social media presence despite the dangers lurking online.

Speaking with several online media outlets, DJ Pierra argued it was unfair to take things away from her daughter, Ricca Pokot Gitonga, who has been growing exponentially in the media spaces due to her charm, confidence, and adorable baby face due to the prospect of pedophiles.

Pierra also shared how she ensures her daughter remains shielded from the ugly side of social media as she is still very young.

Touching on creeps who have a fetish for young kids and whether she ever worries about posting her daughter on social media because of such individuals the 'Park and Chill' founder strongly said, "I'm not going to stop my baby from getting her success because of a paedophile out there! He's the problem not my baby and I'm going to protect her whatever the cost.

We are not going to cut the dreams of our children because of a paedophile somewhere, no! And I'm telling you I am running against that; I am up for it! I'm up to fight them! So, any person that makes a funny comment about my child I am on their case, "

She also revealed when a comment doesn't sit right with her, she follows it up all the way along with the DCI and once they've identified the individual, she then works on getting them charged. 

On whether the 8-year-old budding child star has ever been exposed to the negative side of social media on a personal level or come across any hurtful comments hurled towards her Pierra revealed she has shielded young Pokot to the best of her abilities. 

"Maybe, has she ever met a very bad comment about herself and how did she react?" One of the YouTubers curiously posed. 

Responding to this the mother of one candidly revealed she manages everything, carefully filtering what Ricca digests from her time online. 

"To be honest I don't expose her to comments and such things. I limit her to what she sees and what she handles online. The comments I'm the one who sees them," DJ Pierra said.
