Singer Diamond Platnumz has taken a jab at his fellow Tanzanian singers for leading them in all digital platforms.

The singer shared numbers from most watched artistes on Youtube in January 2024.

He then took a jab at his competitors;

"Dah, wapinzani wangu ebu jitahidi basi jamani, maana namna hii hata motisha yenyewe ya Game inakua hamna sasa."

(My competitors, you need to work hard because at this rate, I have no motivation to compete)

He added that he is leading on Spotify too. The singer revealed that his music can only be streamed in seven countries on Boomplay and despite that, he is leading.

Diamond is currently making headlines with the song 'Mapoz' featuring rapper Mr Blue and singer Jay Melody.

Recently, his baby mama and businesswoman Zari Hassan jumped into the song's challenge, to which Diamond wrote;

"Mama Tee @zarithebosslady anakwambia Penzi analolipata kwa @shakib_cham ni Kilo 150 vile anapata Raha Vizabizabina Mtamuambia nini…..The Boss Lady, Mzungu wa Roho ??????."

Diamond and Zari share two kids; Princess Tiffah and Prince Nillan.

Meanwhile, Zari is married to Shakib Cham while Diamond Platnumz is dating his signee, Zuchu. The four are rumoured to be appearing together on the next season of Netflix reality show, Young, Famous and Africa.
