Reactions from Kenyans
The news has sparked conversations on social media about the mental health struggles of public figures especially comedians, and the importance of seeking help.

“The biggest mistake most comedians make is thinking that being in comedy is a place to eat all on earth without thinking of an extra income out of entertainment.
“These comedians should know after the party there is life. All the comedians that we’ve lost were as a result of depression and alcohol,” he stated.
Moreover, fans and fellow entertainers have expressed their support for Desagu, hoping for his swift recovery and return to the comedy scene.
