"Churchill gave me everything I have" MCA Tricky heaps praises on Churchil

Some jobs mean a lot to us, others change our lives completely and for comedian MCA Tricky, Churchill Show gave him the world.

MCA Tricky while speaking during his appearance for a podcast hosted by fellow comedian Paul 'Wakimani' Ogutu noted that despite ongoing debate, he acknowledges Daniel Ndambuki alias Churchill's efforts saying he had the ultimate impact on his career.

"Personally, Churchill gave me everything I have including my radio job. Yes, it's my talent but Churchill gave me a platform. My name was made through his show. Let's be quick to be grateful instead of trying to clarify everything. That's why when I see these conversations I just go mute," MCA Tricky stated.

His statement comes amid an ongoing debate about the truth behind claims that the comedy chief gifted cars and at least Ksh300,000 to each comedian.

The claim was first made by Paul Ogutu who when asked to give names of the comedians who received the gifts claimed to have forgotten poking holes into his report.

Speaking on the same, MCA confirmed that they received the money however, he hinted they might have misused the cash.

"As MCA Tricky, Churchill gave us Ksh300,000 in the groups that we were. That's the truth. However, what happened to that money is another thing. They should be quick to speak about that," he added.

MCA's statement however contradicts comedian YY's statement who rubbished the claim.

Through his Instagram, YY while questioning the intentions behind the overarching lie and clarified that Ogutu's reports are outright fabrications.

He not only claimed that Wakimani is portraying them as ungrateful but also opined that his claims have placed most Churchill show comedians in an awkward position of debunking the wrong information.
