Kenyan rapper and motivational speaker Kush Tracey is calling upon people to change their mindsets when it comes to the topic of body count.

In a lengthy Instagram video, the artist and talk show host called out people who bragged about their body count calling them classless, and lame.

Tracey maintained people who sleep around with others so that they can feel like they "conquered" a quest or something along those lines have a lot of soul-searching to do as there was something inherently wrong with them.

"Body count is the lamest brag you can have as a human being, in all honesty, it is so stupid!" the artist stated.

Kush Tracey went on to offer kind words to people who have been shamed due to their body count or feel bad about themselves noting that body count does not devalue or make one less than.

"Anyone who goes around clapping and cheering themselves on because they have smashed a couple of people and they feel that validates them and makes them more of a man or woman and empowered like it validates them and all that is so lame.

I think that is the lamest brag,"Kush said in the Instagram video. 

Finishing up she asked men who tarnish women's names because they turned them down or things didn't work out to grow up and find something better to do with their time and life in general.

Highlighting such people lacking integrity and were super lame.

"Because I have heard of stories of men who tarnish women's names because they slept with them and since it did not work out it becomes a whole different story.

I am here to say this, just because you slept with someone it does not devalue them. Because at their point of weakness they had intercourse with you or just because they got it on with you, this does not make them less than,

Bragging about body count is honestly the lamest brag you can have as a human like seriously find you some integrity. That is nothing to brag about," the gospel artist said without mincing her words.

The artist who also doubles as a content creator and motivational speaker maintained she has no respect whatsoever for people who brag about the number of people they have slept with as it is crass to say the least.
