Popular businesswoman Yvette Obura had some exciting news to share with her fans on Wednesday, November 8.

The mother of one posted a picture of herself standing in front of a blue Nissan Note and hinted that it was her new car.

"Pesa kidogo nishanunua kadudu," Ms. Yvette wrote in the post and thanked the company that sold her the car.

In another photo, the baby mama of singer Kelvin Kioko aka Bahati was seen holding what was believed to be a set of car keys.

Dozens of netizens, including fellow stars, gathered on her post to congratulate her while others ridiculed the move.

One Instagram user claimed that the car was a bonus that Bahati was given after buying a Range Rover for his current wife, Diana Marua.

"Hiyo ndiyo zawadi Bahati aliongezewa baada ya kunua range," @rosemary commented on Yvette's post.

In her response, Yvette made it clear that she was not interested in the comments. "Mama mzima kama wewe huna akili!" He replied.

Netizens have tried to compare Yvette's move to buy the car with Bahati's recent move where he gifted his wife a blue Range Rover.

Last month, the former gospel singer surprised Diana Marua with a brand new Ranger Rover Vogue Autobiography, estimated to cost about Ksh 19 million.

After seeing the blue luxury car, Mrs. Diana Marua cried tears of joy admitting that she could not believe that it was officially hers.

This was gift number seven that Bahati gave to his wife as they celebrated seven years of marriage.
