Majesty Bahati, the second child of singer Kelvin Bahati and his wife Diana Marua, is celebrating his birthday today, August 14.

The two celebrity lovers have taken this day to celebrate their only son with heartfelt messages and birthday wishes on social media.

While celebrating his son on Instagram, Bahati opened up about how he saw himself in the little boy when he was born nearly five years ago and how he decided to name him after his late father as a way to honor him.

"When you were born, I saw a younger version of myself ? I gave you the name 'Kioko' as a sign of respect for my late father ?," Bahati told his son on Wednesday.

The musician went on to talk about his commitment to raising his children and providing them with everything they need.

"You are a king in the making, and I will do everything I can to give you and your siblings a better life than I had growing up ? I can’t believe you’re now 5 years old... I can’t believe it. You are growing from a boy into a man ? HAPPY BIRTHDAY KING,” he said.

Bahati also assured his son of his deep love and offered special prayers for his success in the future.

"Today, we want you to know that you are a star, destined for greatness, loved, and above all, your mother and I will give you all the support to see all your dreams come true, our young king ?," he said.

He added, “May God grant you all the desires of your heart, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. May the Lord’s mercy, grace, and favor be upon you all the days of your life ? PSALM 91:16 ‘With long life will I satisfy him.’ HAPPY BIRTHDAY.”

For her part, Diana Marua reminisced about giving birth to Majesty while she was still breastfeeding their daughter, Heaven Bahati.

"On a day like this nearly 5 years ago, I was ready to meet my precious son Majesty Bahati after a few hours. I remember it like it was yesterday! Cold, anxious, worried, and so many emotions running through me ??‍♀️ My @heavenbahati was still breastfeeding at the time, and I didn’t know how bringing her little brother home would make her feel or how she would relate to him ? ,” she said.

She also celebrated her son’s growth and assured him of her deep love.
