Why Dem Wa Facebook Says She Will Always Support Her Siblings

Comedienne and digital content creator Millicent Ayuwa, widely known as Dem Wa Facebook, has weighed in on the ongoing drama surrounding internet sensation Gloria Ntazola and her brother Martin, urging Kenyans to look at the bigger picture when it comes to family support.

While commenting on the saga between Ntazola and Martin, Dem Wa Facebook took to her official TikTok account on Monday, December 8, 2025, and expressed sympathy for Ntazola, noting that she believes Ntazola has a good heart despite the challenges she has faced.

Kuna hii story ya Ntazola inandelea, first off all, I am story Ntazola for what happened mimi na jua ako roho mzuri, so Ntazola alikuwa anasupport brother yake alikini alikuja akamisbehave, watu wakanza kusema your family is not your responsibility,” she said.

While she acknowledges that helping family members is not an obligation, Dem Wa Facebook believes that those blessed with the ability to support their families should do so when they can.

Mimi my opinion is yes, your family is not your responsibility, but kumbuka when God akiku choosee kwa familia kama uko na uwezo, si lazima uwasuppot lakini kama uko na uwezo, you can support them,” she added.

She added that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes friends leave, leaving one to rely solely on family.

Dem Wa Facebook revealed that she actively supports her brothers and sisters, especially in school, because she wants them to rise and become independent.

Sometimes familia inaweza kuonkolea, friends wanaweza kutoka ukabaki na familia,” Dem Wa Facebook added.

I support my brothers and my sisters kwa shule, why I support them because nataka wainuke juu kila mtu akiinuka kwa familia ata weewe hautakuwa na mahitaji mingi na pia wewe siku moja ukienda chini kuna mmoja kati yao atakuja pia akusuuport uinuke.

She emphasised that watching a sibling struggle without helping can be painful, especially when one has the means to make a difference.

Sometimes we support our sisters and brothers juu at the end of the day, usipo wa support ukiona wanapitia mashida itakuuma,” she added.

For her, family is personal. The struggles they endured together have shaped her belief that she has a duty to uplift them whenever she can.

“For me my family is my responsibility; niliteseka na wao na lazima kwa pesa tukule na wao,”Dem Wa Facebook noted.

Ntazola and Martin

The drama escalated after Martin, in a viral interview, disclosed that he is homeless, adding that Ntazola is her elder sister.

In an emotional statement shared on her Instagram account on Saturday, December 6, 2025, Ntazola confirmed that the man seen in a viral clip is indeed her brother. She made it clear, however, that she has no intention of intervening to assist him.

“That boy is my brother, yes,” Ntazola said. “And I’m not going to help him or look for him. In fact, I’m looking forward to having him arrested,” she said.

She further refuted his claims, accusing him of “playing victim” and laying bare a series of troubling behaviours.

According to Ntazola, she has spent over Ksh2 million on her brother’s rehabilitation, funding two separate rehab programmes and even selling her car to support him.
