At just 27 years old, Mercy Chete, a Kenyan woman from Webuye in Bungoma County, is turning her most difficult experiences into powerful stories that are now inspiring many.

Working in Saudi Arabia as a domestic worker in a highly restricted environment, Mercy has spent four years without the freedom to go out, socialize, or make personal decisions. Yet in the silence and isolation, she discovered a voice stronger than her circumstances.
