First Daughter Charlene Ruto on Sunday, February 25, fell under the power of the Holy Spirit while being prayed for by Pastor Benny Hinn at his Nyayo Stadium crusade. 

The televangelist caught Charlene as she stumbled to the ground, proclaiming later that her fall was due to the spirit of the Lord.

Pastor Hinn revealed that God had instructed him to circle the First Daughter seven times praying for her. 

After the seventh time, the celebrated evangelist requested persons on the stage to help Charlene stand up to enable her to confess the revelation she had received. 

“I felt like I was being anointed for the call,” she told the thousands of congregants who included President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto.

Benny Hinn revealed that for such a mission, Charlene Ruto required a husband by her side.

“Give her husband that will fulfil that call with her. Send that young man her way that will be a strength to her,” he prayed stating that the husband would act as her support system. 

Benny Hinn emphasised that while Charlene was ready for her spiritual journey, she could not do it alone. 

“She is going to the battlefield to win souls and smash souls away from the enemy's camp,” he stated. 

The Pastor, while making his prayer told God that Charlene needed a husband soon.

He added that the husband should be everything that she has always wanted in a spouse. 

Charlene Ruto who engages in philanthropic activities nodded in acknowledgement as the pastor prayed for her.
