The Judiciary Service Commission chaired by Chief Justice Martha Koome has been seriously implicated in a high level gold fraud.

According to the inner circle prior of the matter the court order that paved way for the freezing of bank account held by the regestrar of the Judiciary Ann Amadi and his son has also dragged in senior officers of the Judiciary Service Commission.

Everlyne Olwande and Justice David Majanja are also suspected to be part of the said Gold scam syndicate.

" Yes We are aware that commissioners Olwande and Justice Majanja both members of the JSC are close associates of Amadi and Chief Justice Martha Koome, they are partly part of the syndicate," a source Said.

According to the documents in our possession, the three gold scam hournarables are linked to Sh89million funds in questions that is said to have been channelled from Dubai .

In addition there is rampant corruption in the Judiciary Service Commission, for instance Justice Warsame term ended and has colluded with other corruption commissioners to illegally remain in the commission.

"Corruption at the JSC is common knowledge. In fact, everything from recruitment of Judges, to procurement is tainted by underhand deals" said an inner source.

In addition Chief Justice Martha Koome is planning to replace Ann Amadi with her tribe person, this is a well orchestrated plan that is in top gear as Amadi heads to retirement.

This comes after President William Ruto cracked the whip by sending parking senior government officials from KEMSA and from the KEBS after they are suspected of being behind graft deals
