The 2022 term dates for July to September for all secondary and primary schools in kenya has now changed following the latest adjustments.
Education Cabinet secretary Professor George Magoha in a statement said that the government has postponed reopening of schools from Thursday to Monday August 15th 2022. I ordered the early closure of schools to allow for adequate preparation of the General elections. We indicated that the reopening of schools would be on the 11th of August 2022.
However, we have been informed that the process of tallying votes is still ongoing and may continue till the mentioned date of our reopen. So therefore we pushed the dates.
