Professor Isaiah Wa Kindiki was named the deputy chief agent in the Azimio la Umoja camp, while his brother, Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki, was named Deputy President William Ruto's chief agent on Saturday.

Raila Odinga, the Azimio presidential candidate, revealed the team after being cleared to run for president by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on Sunday.

Kindiki will deputize Saitabao Ole Kanchory who is the chief agent. Other members serving alongside Kanchory are Dr.Anne Karugu and Dr. Oduor Ongwen.

Kenya Kwanza's Kindiki, on the other hand, will work alongside Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok and United Democratic Alliance Secretary General Veronica Maina.

Mr. Odinga and his running mate, Martha Karua, were presented with a certificate on Sunday after presenting their credentials to Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Wafula Chebukati at the Bomas of Kenya.

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Ms. Karua's parents Jackson and Josephine, Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, and former Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth accompanied the duo.

DP Ruto was accompanied by his running mate, Mathira MP Rigathi Gachagua, during his clearance.

He was also accompanied by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi, Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, Kandara MP Alice Wahome, UDA secretary general Veronica Maina, among others.
