The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has shortlisted 14 candidates for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position.
This comes after EACC advertised the vacancy in local newspapers on September 17, 2024, inviting application submissions by October 7, 2024.
In a notice on Friday, EACC revealed that 172 candidates from all 47 counties applied for the position before the Commission narrowed the list to 14 finalists.
Among those selected are Stephen Maisha Ngowa (Kitui), Doreen Nkatha Muthaura (Isiolo), Jackson Kaunda Mue (Machakos), Joseph Vincent Onyango (Nairobi) and Paul Ndemo Maina (Kisii).
The list also includes Victor Omari Okongo (Siaya), Peter Lokol Lomulen (Turkana), Obadiah Kipkoech Keitany (Baringo), John Tentemo Ole Moyaki (Kajiado) and David Kiplagat Ruto Too (Uasin Gishu).
