Jubilee Health doubles profit to Sh910 million on bigger business

Jubilee Health Insurance Limited (JHIL), a subsidiary of Jubilee Holdings, saw its net profit double to Sh910 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, driven by innovation, operational efficiency, and a commitment to accessible, affordable healthcare.
The insurer’s profit after tax rose sharply from Sh438 million posted during the same period in 2023.
“This performance is a reflection of our purpose-driven culture and our promise to walk with every Kenyan on their healthcare journey,” said Njeri Jomo, CEO and Principal Officer at Jubilee Health Insurance.

In 2024, the company deployed an AI-powered claims adjudication, enhancing self-service digital tools, and deepening real-time integrations with healthcare providers, improving service delivery for both clients and medical partners.
