A section of Gatundu South residents is up in arms against Trade, Industry and Investment Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria over an alleged attack on former President Uhuru Kenyatta and the larger Kenyatta family.
The residents on Friday protested recent utterances by Kuria, accusing him of disrespecting the former President and his family, and asking him to cease and desist.
The residents now want Kuria to apologise to the Kenyattas while urging President William Ruto to tame his Cabinet Secretary.
Kuria, while speaking at Gatundu Stadium on Sunday during the Nduuma ya Mt Kenya fete, attacked the ex-President, threatening to storm Kenyatta’s Ichaweri home and relieve himself in public.
The CS further warned the retired Head of State against allegedly sabotaging President William Ruto’s government, asking Kenyatta to respect Ruto.
