Closure: Registrar of Companies dissolves Bobmil Industries, Haleon Limited
The Registrar of Companies has announced the official dissolution of Bobmil Industries Limited and Haleon Limited, as per Gazette Notice No. 3388, issued on February 14, 2025.
The dissolution, conducted under Section 58 (5) and (6) of the Companies Act (Cap. 486), formally removes the two companies from the register of companies.
