Cake franchise Cake City has opened a new cake store at Gallant Mall in Nairobi.

This pushes its total outlets in the capital to 11.

Its CEO, Mohamed Zahir, said the expansion is part of the company’s broader strategy to modernize its stores and provide a more spacious, welcoming environment for customers.

“This new flagship store represents our commitment to evolving with our customers’ needs. We wanted a space that not only offers a modern cake shopping experience but also provides a welcoming environment for all our clients. From brides planning their special day to families celebrating birthdays, this location is designed to accommodate everyone’s needs,” Zahir said.

He added that the choice of its new destination is motivated by the presence of an array of amenities, such as ample parking and a spacious seating area, offering customers the comfort they need.

“This new flagship at Gallant Mall allows us to continue that mission on a larger scale. We are grateful for the support of our customers and community, and we look forward to serving them in this beautiful new space,” said Cake City founder Hasnain Noorani.

He added that the company is broadening its tentacles across the county as it seeks to stamp its authority in the confectionery industry.
