Ruth K opens up her postpartum body days after giving birth to her firstborn son

New mum Ruth K is getting candid about her postpartum body.
The content creator welcomed her son a few days ago and is spending time breastfeeding him.
"I am struggling to tie my stomach, you know when you give birth your focus is on the baby, but you guys have been reminding me in the comments to ensure I tie my stomach, msijali, wacha tuu tuombe na tu work on it. We will bounce back.

Prior to birth, she had bought a waist trainer

She is overwhelmed by motherhood, but will take it in her stride

Her wounds from the birth and breastfeeding are another task she is dealing with
