Budding musician, content creator and author Vivianne has coined a new word aimed towards grounding one's self while sharing an update of how her life has been going,

Since her breakup with her ex-fiance, motivational coach Sam West, the mother of one has been advocating for mental health awareness.

The Chum Chum singer has also made multiple aspects of her self-discovery journey public, taking netizens through roller coaster rides as she navigated being single and dealing with the heartbreak.

Vivianne has also been having a religious awareness which she hasn't shied away from addressing online.

Things however, seem to be shaping up for the singer. Sharing a video of herself out in a field, joyfully vibing to music on her Instagram feed, Vivianne announced the 10th month of the year so far has been kind to her and brought with it a lot of clarity. A text in the video read, "this post is for pure souls packed with knowledge!"

Captioning the post she wrote, "October continues to be a live-life-lightly typa month for me. I have experienced an amazing letting go of so many past memories. And amazingly this has opened up room within me to make new memories plus beautiful connections with those I love,"

She went on to add she had been working on self regulating herself and her emotions, noting she was really proud to notice she had hacked the concept and actually applying this in her life quite frequently.

"My inner energy is way stronger! I am getting strong at checking in with myself even just feeling my heartbeat instead of attaching myself too much to external relationships. It's called INNERSTANDING!

Some of ya'll will get it and some won't but stability and joy remain intact! So I'm Sending you all my love and support and I hope you send them back to me. There's still a lot of creative, artistic and empowered life-force to be shared to the world out there," the last of her post read.
