Politician Mike Sonko has left many jaws dropping after disclosing the details of the value of the jewelry and rings he normally wears.

Giving explanations during Obinna's show on YouTube, Sonko explained that he always goes for a high-value wardrobe despite not holding any political office.

Sonko revealed that he owns 11 phones, all of which are in operation 24 hours a day, and claimed that in his attire, the cheapest item is the underwear, which he said he buys for Ksh 10k each.

Showing off his rings on his fingers, Sonko explained the value of each in the millions, saying some were bought by his wife, while also giving figures for the prices of his necklaces.

"I have 11 phones, and they are all working. I have no office or job, but people just call me. The style I came with today is of diamonds and gold. The value of my diamond ring is like Ksh 15m, this other ring is worth 10m, and this other one my wife bought me for Ksh 7m," Sonko bragged.

To ease the worries of his enemies, Sonko asked Obinna that next time he invites him to discuss the cost of jewelry on his body, he should also bring in a jewelry expert to confirm, saying that some people think he is lying.

"I bought the bracelet for over Ksh 15m, and the necklace costs Ksh 25m. Sometimes bring in someone to assess the prices of these items so that your viewers don't think we are staging a show," Sonko told Obinna, who was shining in this period.

Sonko has been in politics for almost 15 years now, starting as the Member of Parliament for Makadara before running for Nairobi Senator and winning, then becoming the governor, although he didn't complete his term.
