Ruth K has made a bold statement on social media, seemingly confirming ongoing rumors about her split with comedian Mulamwah.
Taking to her Instagram Stories just hours after the comedian publicly celebrated his ex and second baby mama Carol Sonnie, Ruth wrote: “Let me reintroduce myself, RUTH NJOKI KAREGI.
The post followed Mulamwah’s emotional Mother’s Day tribute to Sonnie, with whom he shares a daughter named Keilah.
Mulamwah, opting to give a wide berth to Ruth, instead posted throwback photos of Carol and Keilah, accompanied by a simple yet heartfelt caption: “Happy Mother’s Day mama Keilah.”

This move sparked a flurry of speculation and reactions from fans who were quick to notice the omission.

The couple, once considered a power duo in Kenya’s content creation scene, had been public about their relationship, often celebrating milestones together online.
Their love story began in 2021, shortly after Mulamwah’s split from Carol Sonnie.
Ruth and the comedian’s bond blossomed over time, culminating in a traditional introduction ceremony in October 2023.
Their relationship seemed to reach new heights when they welcomed their son in February 2024, followed by Ruth’s announcement of their engagement on February 17, 2025.
