Huddah Monroe has started 2024 on a clean slate, The socialite-cum businesswoman has wiped clean her Instagram and shared one picture only so far.
She has also unfollowed several people. The Founder of Rich Beauty has been keeping up with Kenyan events with the latest being the gruesome murder of Starlet Wahu, the younger sister of Pastor Kanyari.
Wahu was killed in a South B Airbnb last week Thursday and hurriedly buried by her family 2 days later.
John Matara is the main suspect and his encounters with other women are detailed online. Huddah is not happy with how Kenyans are weighing in on the case.
"How most Kenyans are always happy for someone else misfortune I'll never understand. Nikama nyinyi hamtawahi kufa, get sick or lose money. Y'all act like y'all immortal and immune to bad luck. and wonder why yall struggle till death," she began.
Huddah was not happy with the victim shaming of Wahu and her lifestyle choices
"A country where 95%of people are always happy when others fail or fall. Victim shaming people as if bad things will never happen to you.
.A fellow Kenyan will see you being strangled, remove his/her phone instead of helping./ so she/he can go and gossip about it with her/his fellow peasants and wonder why blessings never come your way," she continued.
Another issue of contention for Huddah was that Kenyans love gory stories;
"Death is the only thing we are guaranteed. Today as you laugh about someone's ordeal, Remember it can happen to you from someone you least expect. And even if it doesn't you'll die one day. No one is gonna live forever," she added.
The socialite as always added how she experienced something almost similar to Wahu.
"I have tried tissues with my fellow Kenyans to a point a dude even a chick can't DM ati we meet for coffee. Kuna vile tuu it gives BAD VIBES! For me esp I know so many people would be happy to see me fail. So I keep God and my GUTS up!"
"Remember it's only people who know you who can do you HARM! Everything bad that has ever happened to me was planned by people closest to me. Or social media fanatics," she recounted.
