Award-winning Tanzanian singer and businessman Diamond Platnumz has revealed that his dream is to be the richest man in the world.

Speaking during the launch of Wasafi Festival 2024, Platnumz mentioned that he is gearing up for the launch of his new product which will elevate his status and improve his earnings.

“My biggest dream in life is to be the richest man in the world. That’s my dream and I can assure you that I will be the richest man in the world,” Diamond said.

The WCB president went down memory lane to the day he promised to buy a new Rolls Royce and that came to pass.

“I remember during one of the Wasafi Festivals it said that I would buy a Rolls Royce and now it’s at home because I believe everything is possible.

"And I can assure you that I will be a Tanzania who represents the country for being the richest man in the world," he said.

Chibu Dangote went on to state that he will soon introduce a new product to the market that will be a darling to everyone.

“This year, I’m introducing a new product that will be among Wasafi Festival sponsors and I can also assure you that it will be a loved product and many people will be yearning to get it and I want you to support me when that time comes,” Platnumz added.

Currently, Diamond is among the richest musicians in Africa.

He owns a record label called WCB Wasafi that has signed the likes of Zuchu, Lava Lava, Mbosso, Queen Darleen, and D-Voice. His former signs are Harmonize, Rayvanny and Rich Mavoko.

He also owns an annual Festival called Wasafi Festival that usually tours the whole of Tanzania.

He also co-owns a betting company called Wasafi Bet.
