Corazon Kwamboka and Frankie Kiarie are co-parenting just fine. That means the pair have to get along together for this to work.

In Frankie's latest YouTube video, the two show how they are also jointly dedicated to improving and reaching their health goals.

"What's up guys, nimekuja kuona watoto, next thing I'm being taken for a six kilometer walk. Ei, is this what co parenting is about? Anyway so.." he begins showing their cute moment.

Corazon laughs at his thoughts and adds "Last week you made me do mad things. " he responded suggesting there will be more fitness goals she has to put up with

The two engage in a conversation about the weather and how floods have wreaked havoc in the city.

"It looks like it will rain, hopefully it doesn't, but if it does, ni sawa tu, tutaitiisha taxi and come back home," he informs his audience.

He focusses the camera on her ample backside as he encourages her to jump a trench to cross.

"I can't, I'm too clumsy," she tells him.

"Umenipatia content," he says as she jumps. They continue talking complimenting each other on their workouts. 

He indicates that they burned 700 calories.
