Artist and businessman Kevin Bahati Kioko has emerged online with a new look after allegedly shaving his dreadlocks as a way to fulfill his promise after predicting wrongs in the Arsenal vs PSG match.

Taking to Instagram, Bahati posted a short video of himself getting shaved, and a few minutes later posted a picture of himself having a finished clean shave without his signature dreadlocks.

In the video, Bahati, wearing a brown jacket, emerged from his house and sat on a chair where his barber had waited for him with a torn Arsenal jersey.

He then wrapped the jersey around his neck area and took out a shaving machine, turned it on before the video was cut short with Bahati asking his fans to wait for the final results after the head was shaved.

In the picture, Bahati showed his head and said that sometimes the inevitable must happen, while appearing to blame himself for putting so much faith in Arsenal to defeat PSG.

 “New season,” the mama crooner captioned the photo.

However, fans were divided, with some believing that he had indeed cut his dreadlocks and others saying that he had used AI and Photoshop technologies to edit his head.

Earlier, the artist had shown his faith by making it clear that he would shave off his dreadlocks that he had maintained for 10 years if Arsenal lost.

Bahati is not the first to make a confident prediction and later be left with mud on his face as he was forced to eat his words.

Earlier, businessman Mike Sonko was also forced to fulfill his promise after claiming to crash his luxurious SUV car into a wall as a way of fulfilling his prediction for the match.

Arsenal were drawn against PSG on Wednesday night in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final, a game they lost 3-1 on aggregate.

Sonko, a die-hard Arsenal fan, had vowed to crash his car into a wall if PSG beat Arsenal in Wednesday night's match, which ended 2-1 in favor of the hosts, PSG.
