Award winning actor, script writer, and director YY Comedian, born Oliver Otieno through his socials has penned a moving prayer request asking God to help him cement his relationship with his new girlfriend, Noella.

His posts have stunned netizens as YY in different videos could be seen travelling upcountry to meet his new girlfriend's parents.

The news came as a surprise to a huge section of netizens who viewed the trip as "too soon," considering their relationship's speculated timeline while others celebrated seeing how in love the couple were and YY's intention to make things official.

Sharing details of his visit to Noella's rural homestead in Kamukunywa village, Bungoma county the father of one shared a video montage showcasing moments from him and Noella walking around the compound.

Later we see him engaging with her family outside their house, Noella's father taking his hand and leading him away for a 'men talk' as well as a motorcade showing his friends who'd accompanied him leaving the compound. 

Captioning the post YY expressed his gratitude after meeting Noella's parents as he penned an open letter to God asking for strength to be able to hold his relationship together.

"God thank you for the honour of meeting her parents," the film director wrote in part. Adding, "I can't do it without you, help me give my all," accompanied with a love heart emoji.

On his Instagram stories he shared a video of a well laid out table that had multiple traditional dishes and a variety of meat.

Guests could be seen heartily serving themselves in turns as they surrounded the table. In yet another post, him and Noella could be seen walking outside her father's house as they engaged in small talk.

YY went on to thank her for allowing him to visit her family by writing, "thank you for walking me into your father's house... humbled by God's grace," followed by the clasped praying hands emoji.

Finishing up he intimated he was looking to officially tie the knot with Noella and that's what had prompted him to make the long trip to Bungoma.

Sharing a video of himself driving the actor simply wrote, "A real man must face the parents to table his intentions,"

The comedian introduced Noella to the public a month ago, shortly after his baby mama, budding actress and influencer Marya Okoth announced their separation after years of dating. Him and Marya share a young toddler.
